Welcome to Isla Solutions. By accessing or using our website (the “Service”), placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to any portion, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service is operated by Isla Solutions, a U.S. business based in Charleston, South Carolina. We sell hand-finished home goods — candles, ceramics, linens, soaps, and tabletop pieces — to individual customers in the United States.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Service if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements, that the information you provide is true and accurate, and that the payment method you use is one you are authorized to use.
3. Accounts
You may check out as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@islasolutions.store immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Product Information & Pricing
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, material specifications, photographs and prices on the Service are accurate. Despite our care, errors do occur. If we discover an error in a price or description after you have placed an order, we will contact you with the option to confirm at the corrected price or cancel the order without charge. Photography may show a representative cohort; minor variations in glaze tone, fabric weave, candle pour line, or wood-grain detail may occur and do not constitute a defect — they are intrinsic to hand-finished goods.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.
5. Ordering & Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy a product, not a confirmed contract. Acceptance occurs only when the product ships. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, exceed reasonable purchase limits, or contain pricing errors.
6. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through Stripe and Square. Your card is authorized at checkout and charged when the order ships.
7. Shipping
See our Shipping Policy for full details. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier; that said, we file claims and ship replacements for any package lost or damaged in transit, at our expense.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service — including the brand name, logo, product design, photography, copy, and packaging design — is the intellectual property of Isla Solutions or its licensors. You may share product photos with attribution, but you may not republish, scrape, mirror or commercially exploit content without prior written permission.
10. User Content
If you submit a review, comment, photograph or other content, you grant Isla Solutions a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You retain ownership. Reviews must reflect a genuine customer experience.
11. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; submit fraudulent orders; reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; introduce viruses; send unsolicited messages; bypass payment or authentication; impersonate another person.
12. Disclaimers
Isla Solutions products are home goods. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. Hand-finished pieces are tested for finish quality, food-safety, and structural integrity before shipping; individual care and use patterns affect product life.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Isla Solutions’ total liability arising out of or related to the Service or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, plus shipping. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Isla Solutions harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any dispute will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Rules, in Charleston, South Carolina. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing support@islasolutions.store within 30 days of your first order. Class actions are waived.
16. Modifications
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and via a banner on the home page for at least 30 days. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
